Your Protection
Every client we work with is protected by five layers of accountability. Simple, direct, and with the punch you deserve when inviting someone into your home.
Not fine print. Not marketing. Real protections.
Every repair we complete is backed by a one-year written warranty at no extra charge. If any work we performed fails within one year of the service date for reasons attributable to us we come back and fix it — no fees.
We hold the Texas Mold Remediation Contractor License (MRC2060), the IICRC Water Damage Restoration Certification (#70179772), and are officially registered in the state of Texas and federally as an S-Corporation. You are working with a legitimate, accountable business. Our registration means you have legal recourse if anything ever goes wrong.
We carry a $1M general liability insurance on every job. Your home, your belongings, and your peace of mind are protected. If something unexpected happens while we're working in your home we will make it right, either directly as Drywall Clinic or with the help of our insurer.
We invest in the best tools and quality materials because they produce better results. Low-dust compounds, professional sanding systems, texture equipment, HEPA filtration systems, and quality drywall. Quality, Technology, and technique go hand in hand.
Every person who enters your home is trained — not on the job, not learning on your walls. Our office team handles your estimate and scheduling with the same professionalism our field team delivers on site. From the first email to the final walk-through, you're dealing with people who know what they're doing.
Warranty Details
Our standard 1-year written warranty covers defects in workmanship — joint material lifting, screws popping, separations, texture failures, or other issues directly attributable to our repair. It begins on the date of service and is provided in writing before we leave your home.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by subsequent events — continued or new water leaks, settling cracks in new construction, foundation movement, impact damage, extreme working conditions, abnormal temperature or humidity variations, or modifications made by others after our repair.
